The Small Business Administration estimates that 90% of all U.S. businesses are family owned but because of the recession they are struggling.
The recession is also having an impact on employers because they are not hiring until they see some improvement in the economy.
The good part is that if you are talented and laid-off you have a chance because some employers are taking advantage of the talent pool of skilled workers that are jobless right now.
They are doing this because the talent pools of these workers are working for less now.
