The sheep need the Sheppard to eat, the wolves need the sheep to eat, but both are nothing without the Sheppard. You figure out that and you will figure out business.

If a worker is hungry for work you feed him or her work but they must stay hungry. Small businesses are hungry for money and customers so keep feeding them so the economy can stay afloat. Look at your local environment and try to figure out where it would be if no small businesses existed. If you feed them everyone will get fed and the hunger will keep them fed.

Leaders are people who bring things together in an understandable format for other leaders and followers. There are many leaders even when there are followers leaders often emerge but only one can lead. There cannot be two commands but one focus from one leader. A leader is not a leader until he is faced with the impossible. Then if he or she overcomes the impossible they have proven themselves to be a worthy leader.

Try to stay away from the deadly combinations of mixing emotions and pleasure with business. This is a recipe for failures but remember that a rock does not move unless pushed, therefore; motivation is the key ingredient to running a successful business.
